Juliana Del Burgo wants to deliver the finest therapeutic services to our treasured clientele. For best enjoyment of the session, please read carefully these Terms and Conditions. By booking a Juliana Del Burgo session means you fully understand, agree and accept to abide by Juliana Del Burgo Terms and Conditions as stated below:

1.Client pathologies and responsibility

 

1.1The client/ patient, has full responsibility to inform the practitioner of any personal health problems, injury, being treated by another practitioner, medications been taken or any other personal relevant pathology, at the time of the session/ consultation/ treatment, since the past 3 years until the present.

 

1.2 It is extremely important that the patient is truthful regarding any previous or present condition with the Juliana Del Burgo Professional during any session.

 

1.3.The patient is fully responsible to bring a Doctor’s consent letter if is needed prior to any session, depending on the condition.

 

1.4.The Juliana Del Burgo Professional reserved the right to decline any session during or even before it starts for the patient/client own good, if the Professional is sure of any total contraindication or if need of another professional approval letter, even though the patient signs a form of personal consent giving full permission the the Juliana Del Burgo Professional to go ahead with the session.

 

1.5 Any session cannot be proceeded if the client has any of the following symptoms, the session will have a 50% fee, as the client automatically agreed with the term and conditions prior when booking  a session. 

- Fever

- Contagious diseases, including any cold or flu, no matter how mild it may seem

- Under the influence of drugs or alcohol-including prescription pain medication

- Recent operations or acute injuries

- Neuritis

- Skin diseases

 

1.6 The session can be proceeded with care, avoiding some local points were this following conditions are found:

- Varicose veins

- Undiagnosed lumps or bumps

- Pregnancy

- Bruising

- Cuts

- Abrasions

- Sunburn

- Undiagnosed pain

- Inflammation, including arthritis

​1.7 The session can only take place if it has been approved before in writing by a Doctor if the client has any of the following conditions:

​- Cardio-vascular conditions (thrombosis, phlebitis, hypertension, heart conditions)

- Any condition already being treated by a medical practitioner

- Oedema

- Psoriasis or eczem

- High blood pressure

- Osteoporosis

- Cancer

- Nervous or psychotic conditions

- Heart problems, angina, those with pacemakers

- Epilepsy

- Diabetes

- Bell’s palsy, trapped or pinched nerves

- Gynaecological infections​

​

1.8 The client has the responsibility to be clean for the session before the Juliana Del Burgo Professional arrives.

 

1.9 The client has to be over 18 years of age.

 

1.10 Is the clients responsibility to have ready the correct fee on the Juliana Del Burgo  Professional arrival. 

 

1.11 The booking has to be done on the clients own behalf, bookings for friends, partners, colleges or others are not accepted.

 

 

 

2.Copyrights

 

2.1 Juliana Del Burgo entitles copyrights for all the content of the website.

3.Insurance and other legal documents

3.1 All Juliana Del Burgo Professional are insured, legal in ISRAEL and with all other legal documents up to date.

 

 

 

4.Cancellation Policy

 

4.1Please keep in mind that your time slot is reserved for you/ client and only you/ client. Juliana Del Burgo will be always on time for the session, if not specified before by contacting you/ patient. The client entitles the responsibility to do so as well, not arriving late. If by any reason you/ the client are late for the session please call or if the call is not answered leave a message to Juliana Del Burgo 

4.2 The client has the responsibility to inform Juliana Del Burgo within 24 hours for any cancelations, if there is no prior notice the client will be charged 50% of the treatment amount; if the client cancels the treatment in less than 4 hours the client will have to pay the full amount of the treatment.

4.5 No show will have the same consequences as a cancelled the session, as there was no prior 24hours notice, and the session will be charged in full, 100%. 

4.6 If the Juliana Del Burgo fell threatened, not comfortable or does not have the necessary material for the session she/he has the right to leave at any time, taking in consideration that the client will take full responsibility and pay in full for the session even though the session was aborted.

 

 

5.Couples massage or group sessions

 

5.1 Couples massage or group sessions are paid individually.

 

5.2 Group sessions have a maximum capacity of 4 people.

 

 

6.Session site

 

6.1 All sessions are done in the clinic premisses if not else agreed.

 

6.2 All session being take outside the clinic premisses have an extra charge that varies according to the agreed location that the session will take place.

 

 

7.Session duration

 

7.1since the moment the Juliana Del Burgo professional arrives at the site until the moment it leaves the site, the session time is being counted, not to be mistaken with the time the actual session starts, even though the session is booked in 15 minutes or 30 minutes after the Professional arrives, the time starts since the client opens its premisses to the Juliana Del Burgo Professional.

 

7.2 The client has to take in consideration that the Professional needs a minimum of 10 minutes to set up and set off the material necessary for the session.

 

 

8. Material for the session

 

8.1 If by any reason the client does not have the right material to perform the session and the Professional takes the decision that the session cannot be performed, the professional has the right to leave at any time, aborting the session, keeping in mind that the session will be charged in full, as the slot was reserved for the client. 

 

9. Client touch

 

9.1 The client is not allowed to touch the Juliana Del Burgo Professional and remaining passive throughout the session, respecting the Professionals boundries.

 

 

10. Licenciature

 

10.1 All services thatJuliana Del Burgo provides are correctly according to Israeli law.

10.2Professionals of Juliana Del Burgo are all insured.

​

10.3 Oils and other products used and sold in Juliana Del Burgo are tested and correctly labeled according to the Israeli Government,
